Description
The University of Regina is dedicated to supporting the families of its employees through the Family Scholarship Program. Established in 2009, this scholarship aims to assist dependents of University of Regina employees who are pursuing undergraduate or post-graduate studies.
Eligibility
For Prospective Graduate Students:
– Pursuing a Master’s or Doctoral program at the University of Regina.
– Registered as a full-time graduate student in the first year of graduate studies.
– Maintains a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%.
– Recognized as a dependent or spouse of an eligible CUPE Local 5791 Employee, Administrative Professional and Technical Employee, Academic Staff Member, or an Out-of-Scope Employee.
For Continuing Graduate Students:
– Pursuing a Master’s or Doctoral program at the University of Regina.
– Registered as a full-time graduate student in at least two consecutive semesters in the award year.
– Maintains a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%.
– Recognized as a dependent or spouse of an eligible CUPE Local 5791 Employee, Administrative Professional and Technical Employee, Academic Staff Member, or an Out-of-Scope Employee.
